NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS. Please refer to Notion for details and FAQ.

English version

  • Pay up front first for 75% from base price for each commission.

  • Progress duration is within 1-3 weeks and depends on my schedule and complexity.

  • Listed prices are for personal-use. Commercial-use will be charged 2x base price (+100% base). For details use of commercial usage, please refer here

  • Artwork will be delivered digitally and please use the work as it intended. Do not misuse the license.

  • You are not allowed to remove watermark / credit that embed on commissioned work for both personal and commercial-use, except there is agreement that has been made. Don't worry because I will try to make the credit is not hindering!

  • You have the right to 3x complete revisions in the sketching phase and 1x at final / render phase. You can add more revision only at sketch phase (20% base price will be charged)

  • You have right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion. Please do confirm first.

  • Avoid ghosting or order will postponed for 3 days till canceled without refund.

  • You can ask for a refund on orders with no progress within 1 week, or when work has not been completed within the deadline submitted. Amount of refund is based on existing progress.

  • Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time due emergency or important matter. You have the right for a reasonable explanation so please do ask if needed!

Versi Indonesia

  • Bayar DP 75% dari base price per komisi.

  • Waktu pengerjaan sekitar 1 - 3 minggu, bisa lebih cepat atau lamban bergantung kondisi dan kompleksitas karya.

  • Harga tertera adalah untuk penggunaan personal. Penggunaan komersial akan dikenakan 2x base price (+100% base). Untuk detailnya, silahkan cek disini ya!

  • Komisi akan dikirim via email / GDrive dan lisensinya jangan disalah gunakan ya!

  • Dilarang untuk menghapus watermark / credit yang ada tanpa persetujuan, baik untuk penggunaan personal maupun komersil. Aku pastikan biar watermarknya tidak menganggu kok :D

  • Gratis 3x revisi sketsa dan 1x waktu final / render. Bila ingin tambah jatah, hanya bisa dilakukan untuk fase skesta dan akan dikenakan 20% base price.

  • Untuk revisi minor gratis ya! Silahkan konfirmasi terlebih dahulu.

  • Jangan ghosting / tanpa kabar selama 3 hari atau komisi akan langsung cancel otomatis.

  • Untuk komisi yang tidak ada progress atau lewat dari deadline, silahkan untuk minta refund ya! Refund akan dihitung berdasar dari progress yang sudah ada.

  • Aku bisa cancel dan beri refund secara mendadak jika diperlukan. Kalau perlu bisa tanya ya!
